3. TradingView dependency
Indicator access is delivered through TradingView, a third-party platform we do not control. To receive access you must provide your correct TradingView username and maintain a valid TradingView account. Access is granted and revoked against that username automatically. We are not responsible for TradingView’s availability, pricing, policies, or any change TradingView makes that affects your ability to use the indicators. Your use of TradingView is governed by TradingView’s own terms.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals
Prices are shown at checkout in the currency indicated (typically EUR) and may include or exclude taxes as displayed. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Polar Software Inc. (Polar.sh), who handles the transaction, invoicing, and applicable taxes. By subscribing you also agree to the payment processor’s terms.
- Recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges for these plans.
- Lifetime plans are a single payment granting access for as long as we operate the Service, subject to these Terms.
- You can cancel a recurring plan at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the paid period.

- circumvent access controls, usage limits, or security measures.
Violating this section may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
