This Privacy Policy explains how [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use PTS Wizard Elite (the “Service”), and the rights you have over that data. 2. How we use your data and our legal bases

3. How we share your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, to run the Service:
- Payments: Polar Software Inc. (Polar.sh), our merchant of record, for processing transactions, invoicing, and tax.
- Authentication & database hosting: our cloud data platform, which stores your account, subscription, and licence records.
- Application hosting: our hosting provider, which serves the website and processes request logs.
- TradingView: we transmit your TradingView username to TradingView in order to grant or revoke your indicator access.
We may also disclose data where required by law, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a business transfer.
4. International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent lawful transfer mechanism.
5. Data retention
We keep your account and service data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can request deletion of your account as described below.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data (portability); to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [privacy@your-domain.com]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to maintain your session — these are required for the Service to work. We use only limited, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies will prevent you from signing in.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls restricting who can reach production data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy from time to time; we will change the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. For any privacy question or request, contact [privacy@your-domain.com].
