This Refund Policy explains when you are entitled to a refund for a PTS Wizard Elite subscription and how to request one. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Payments and refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Polar Software Inc. (Polar.sh).
1. Immediate access to digital content
Our subscriptions provide immediate access to digital content — invite-only trading indicators and related resources are made available to your TradingView account as soon as your purchase is confirmed. At checkout you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that, because performance begins right away, you lose any statutory “cooling-off” right of withdrawal once access has been granted. This is consistent with the exception for digital content in EU consumer law and similar regimes.
2. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, UK, or a similar jurisdiction, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases unless you have consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of that right, as described in Section 1. You always remain entitled to a remedy if the content we supply is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
3. When we will provide a refund
We will issue a refund where:
- a technical problem on our side prevents us from granting your indicator access and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time;
- you were charged in error, or charged more than once for the same purchase; or
- a refund is required by applicable law.
4. When refunds are not available
Except where the law requires otherwise, refunds are generally not available:
- once indicator access has been granted and you have changed your mind or decided not to use it;
- for dissatisfaction with trading results — the indicators are tools and we do not guarantee any outcome or profit;
- for problems caused by TradingView, an invalid or mistyped TradingView username, or your own account, device, or connectivity;
- for the remaining, unused portion of a billing period after you cancel (see Section 5); or
- where access has been suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms.
5. Cancelling recurring subscriptions
You can cancel a recurring plan at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation is not a refund: your access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not provide partial refunds for the unused remainder of a period. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email [support@your-domain.com] from the address associated with your account, including your order reference and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within a reasonable time. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Polar Software Inc. (Polar.sh); the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us first so we can help — most issues are resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your access pending resolution.
